US Crt of Appeals for Armed Forces: Ecocentric Wild Law Sustainable Security Amicus Curiae in CCR v. USA
Abuse of Publicity Power: Political-Psychiatry’s PC Whores: Norway v. Breivik: .. Amici is unaware of any news article implying Breivik’s insanity, with equivalent publicity to expert/s who assert that ‘there is no such thing as mental illness[4], or a mental disorder[5]’, its all just about social control[6], PC ‘value judgements and cultural norms’[7]; based upon ‘horoscope chart science’[8] and Pharma-Psychiatry’s Humpty Dumpty[9] definition of ‘insanity’ and ‘disorder’.

Abuse of Publicity Power: Ecocentric Legal Perspective:
SA Concourt: Robert McBride vs. The Citizen: Amici was admitted as an Amicus to the Constitutional Court proceedings between former ANC Umkhonto we Sizwe Terrorist Robert McBride and The Citizen newspaper[1], about the correct interpretation of ‘TRC amnesty’. Amici’s Ecocentric argument that the TRC was a fraud, was based on Sustainable Security Population Policy issues, and supported by expert witness affidavits from Dr. Brad Blanton and Michael Maher. The Ecocentric arguments received no publicity.[2]
SA HC & SCA: Afriforum vs. Julius Malema: Amici submitted Ecocentric Amicus application in the ‘Kill the Boer’ dispute between Afriforum / TAU-SA and Julias Malema / ANC which was tabled by Judge Lamont[3]; and based on Ecocentric arguments that the dispute arose out of South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Fraud. The Ecocentric arguments received no publicity.[4]
Norway v. Breivik: On 27 August Amici filed an application for review of parts of the Oslo District Courts 24 August 2012 Judgement in Norway v. Breivik[5], specifically for orders to Set Aside the Judgements ‘Necessity Ruling’ and Conviction and to Remit to Oslo District Court for hearing of Further Evidence to conclude Objective and Subjective Necessity Test Evidentiary Enquiry. Supreme Court Secretary General Gunnar Bergby refused to process the application, citing lack of legal standing; and has not yet responded to Amici’s response. The Ecocentric application for review received no publicity.[6]

Sustainable Security: Sustainability is Security:
“In the face of the basic fact that fossil fuel reserves are finite .. Fossil fuels resemble capital in the bank. A prudent and responsible parent will use his capital sparingly in order to pass on to his children as much as possible of his inheritance. A selfish and irresponsible parent will squander it in riotous living and care not one whit how his offspring will fare .. I suggest that this is a good time to think soberly about our responsibilities to our descendants--those who will ring out the Fossil Fuel Age.” – Admiral Hyman Rickover, 14 May 1957
‘There is no security without sustainability’[1]: In the absence of a new moral order[2] where Ecocentric laws are implemented to regulate and reduce human procreation and resource utilization behaviour, towards a sustainable, pre-industrial lifestyle paradigm; ‘overpopulation[3] and resource scarcity[4] will result in conflict and war[5] (perhaps nuclear[6]) confronting regions at an accelerated pace[7], and ‘collapse of the global economic system and every market-oriented national economy’[8] by 2050[9].
Anthropocentric Law’s Conflict with Ecocentric Reality: Inaccurate Assumption: NNR Abundance:
Anthropocentric[1] Flat Earth Society[2] law views the world from a fundamentalist inaccurate human-centred perspective, assuming there will always be “enough” Non Renewable Natural Resources (NNR’s) to enable a brighter future, concerning itself with production and distribution of NNR’s for ever improving material living standards for ever-increasing numbers of our ever-expanding global population[3]. From an Ecocentric[4] Finite Resource Scarcity perspective, beyond Peak NNR[5], the future is one of depletion, austerity, resource wars & collapse.[6]
Domestic (US) & Global NNR Scarcity: Global Collapse by 2050:
Domestic (US) & Global NNR Scarcity Analysis is based upon Mr. Clugston’s[1] analysis of the criticality and scarcity associated with each of the 89 analyzed NNRs, using data from USGS, EIA, BEA, BLS, Fed, CBO, FBI, IEA, UN, World Bank, etc. The Global NNR Scarcity Analysis[2] confirms that: (a) 63 of the 89 analyzed NNRs, were considered “scarce” globally in 2008; (b) 28 have peaked: are “almost certain” to remain scarce permanently going forward and 16 will “likely” remain scarce permanently; and (c) Global extraction/production levels for 39 are ‘at risk’.
Scarcity concludes ‘Our Next Normal is Catastrophe’: Our Anthropocentric worldview does not recognize that our national economies are not “broken” requiring economic stimulus; they are “dying of slow starvation” for lack of sufficient economically viable NNR inputs, which requires confronting ecological reality, that our industrial lifestyle paradigm is unsustainable, and will culminate in self-inflicted global societal collapse, almost certainly by the year 2050.[3]
We can voluntarily reduce population and consumption, or NNR scarcity depletion will force it upon us, in our inevitable transition to a sustainable, pre-industrial lifestyle paradigm. Arguing about capitalism vs communism, central planning or free markets, democracy to autocracy are irrelevant, because all “industrialized and industrializing nations, irrespective of their economic and political orientations, are unsustainable and will collapse as a consequence of their dependence upon increasingly scarce NNRs”.[4]
