Reasons:

1. An Insanity ruling conveniently absolves Norwegian Gov from serious enquiry into innocence/guilt issue, to examine subjectively and objectively the evidence for Breivik's necessity defence;

2. Insanity ruling means indefinite detention; 'sane/guilty' ruling means maximum 21 year prison sentence

3. Norwegian law on insanity requires beyond reasonable doubt certainty on behalf of sanity; if there is any doubt whatsoever, the law requires that such doubt be ruled in favour of insanity;

4. Both Breivik, his defence counsel and the Victims Families endorsed White Cultural Supremacy Pharma-Psychiatry Fraud; by failing to provide the court with any evidence from experts such as Dr. Thomas Szasz, Margaret Hagen, etc; who could have testified about the fraud that is psychiatry;

5. If Breivik or the Victims Families had called experts to expose White Supremacy's Pharma-Psychiatry Fraud, it would have totally exposed Norway's StaliNorsk Political Psychiatry Show Trial for what it was.

[1] Insanity ruling conveniently absolves Norwegian Gov from serious enquiry into innocence/guilt issue, to examine subjectively and objectively the evidence for Breivik's necessity defence

The focus on the insanity/safety issue distracts all attention away from the Innocence/Guilt issue, and a full impartial investigation into the evidence for Breivik's alleged Necessity Defence (See a list of Necessity Defence Cases that resulted in Innocence verdicts or huge mitigation of sentence.)

An 'insanity' verdict also allows the Norwegian state to detain Breivik for longer than their current maximum 21 years, for a criminal offence.

As reported in Honest Thinking: Swiss psychiatrist right about the case against Breivik:

A Swiss high school student recently filed a project work about Anders Behring Breivik and his trial. As part of his project he interviewed Ramon Vetter, who is a psychiatrist, physician and director of "Psychiatric Forensic Services" in the canton of Zurich for the Dept. of Justice. He is thus the head of Psychiatric Correctional Services and Forensic Psychiatry in the canton.

In the transcribed interview (which can be heard in the original sound file from audio 01 and two) Vetta discusses whether Breivik is schizophrenic or not, and claims, generally speaking, that it is difficult to say for sure. The question depends on whether Breivik's ideas are delusions of a psychotic nature, or rather the expression of his radical right wing militant nationalist worldview.

At the end of the interview Vetta makes a startling remark (page 32-33). The interviewer asks "Why would [Norway] want to declare [Breivik] insane and therefore non-criminal?"

Vetter responds (paraphrased from google translation): 'It is quite simple. The Norwegian system is only capable of detaining someone up to twenty years. If they declare him sane, the maximum they can lock him up for is twenty years, and then he is out again. This man must never be released into freedom. Imagine the scandal. So if they declare him insane, they never have to release him.'

Honest Thinking Editor: Ole Jørgen Anfindsen made these allegations in court, while testifying as an expert witness. Prosecutor Holden responded that they were serious allegations, to which Anfindsen agreed, but no further action was taken on the matter (as far as I am aware).

A complaint to Oslo Police against the Political Psychiatry Fraud being committed in the Norway v. Breivik case, was completely ignored by the Oslo Police.

So, if Breivik is simply found 'guilty' of terrorism and mass murder; the law allows them to sentence him to a maximum sentence of 21 years imprisonment. However, if he is found to be 'insane', then Norway can keep him detained, until some psychiatrists finally agree on his 'sanity', which could be 25 to 50 years. If he appears too 'sane' and there is a threat of him being declared sane; they can always give him a chemical lobotomy, so to speak, by forcefully stuffing him full of psychotropic medication.

Norwegians believe that it is worse for an insane person to be sent to prison; than it is for a sane person to be sent to a psychiatric institution. Hence if there is doubt about any accused alleged 'insanity', then that doubt should be interpreted in favour of the defendant being insane.

In most other countries, it is the opposite. The presumption of any doubt about whether an accused is sane or insane, falls towards a conclusion of sanity.

PREPARE YOURSELF FOR AN ‘INSANITY’ VERDICT:

I know you ain’t gonna like this, but I think you should prepare yourself for an ‘insanity’ verdict. Hope I am wrong, but for various reasons, I think it is highly unlikely you will get a sanity verdict.

Let me make it clear: My statement has fuck all to do with your sanity. While I have fundamental disagreements about many issues with you; I don’t endorse White Supremacy Pharma-Psychiatry Witchhunting. I have more respect for savages who don’t pretend that their persecution of witches is founded upon scientific evidence; or for Muslims who simply stone the ‘Kuffars’ to death who disagree with them, than White Supremacist bullshit the public relations artists who don’t have the honour to admit that their ‘psychiatry’ bullshit is simply about white cultural supremacy projected onto any individual who violates their cultural norms, or against other cultures who are considered more savage or such shit.

As a matter of honour, there is fuck all way I will ever accuse another person of insanity, while there is fuck all scientific evidentiary foundation for such an allegation. Intellectual goddamn midgets without an intellectual, psychiatric or emotional backbone accuse those they disagree with of ‘insanity’. So I don’t think you are insane; but I, strongly conclude that the Oslo court is going to find you to be ‘insane’.

Reasons for my conclusion: (1) Conveniently absolves Norwegian gov & Prosecution from serious enquiry into innocence/guilt issue, to examine subjectively and objectively the evidence for your necessity defence; (2) Norwegian law on insanity requires beyond reasonable doubt certainty on behalf of sanity; and any doubt is considered in favour of insanity. They will focus on this aspect of the law, as Holden and Engh did; (3) You – or your defence counsel, or both of you -- provided the court with sweet fuck all evidence from critical psychiatry experts – Thomas Szasz, Margaret Hagen, etc, - who would have testified about the fraud that is psychiatry; you called no experts to expose psychiatry as a massive goddamn fucking legal fraud. If you had done so, you would have a much much stronger case for a ruling of sanity.
